2. What We Do

We provide a platform that:

• Creates websites for customers,
• Hosts those websites using trusted third-party servers, and
• Offers marketing services using strategies we think are appropriate.

We may update or change the Service from time to time.

3. Who Can Use the Service

You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your country to use the Service. If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

• You’re responsible for keeping your account details safe.
• Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

5. Content & Ownership

• Your Content: Any text, images, branding, or information you provide belongs to you.
• Our Tools: The software, templates, and designs we use to create your site remain ours.
• Generated Websites: You own your website content. We own the underlying platform that powers it.
• Marketing Use: We may feature your website in our portfolio or promotional material unless you ask us not to.

6. What You Can’t Do

You agree not to use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or misleading, including:

• Spamming, scams, or deceptive marketing,
• Hosting unlawful or offensive content,
• Violating copyrights or trademarks,
• Trying to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer our Service.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Payments & Billing

• Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
• You’ll be charged an initial setup fee plus domain registration fees, followed by a monthly hosting fee.
• Payments renew automatically unless you cancel.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.
• By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing through Stripe.

8. Marketing Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results (traffic, sales, leads, rankings, etc.) from our marketing services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Service Availability

We rely on external hosting providers and cannot promise 100% uptime. We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we’re not responsible for outages, downtime, or third-party issues.

10. Liability

• The Service is provided “as is.”
• If something goes wrong (like downtime, data loss, or poor marketing results), we’re not responsible.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us.

11. DMCA & Takedowns

If someone reports copyright infringement on a website we’ve created, we’ll follow proper DMCA and international takedown procedures.

12. Ending Your Account

• You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you do, your website may go offline once your billing cycle ends.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
